 | A taste of Thailand Thai cuisine is known for its balance of five fundamental flavors in each dish or the overall meal - hot (spicy), sour, sweet, salty and bitter. Most of the dishes in Thai cuisine try to combine most, if not all, of these tastes. This is accomplished by using a host of herbs, spices and fruit, including but not limited to: chili, cumin, garlic, ginger, basil, sweet basil, lime, lemongrass, coriander, pepper, turmeric and shallots. |

| About Gourmet Thai |
Gourmet Thai is a Canberra based food manufacture business, specialising in 100% natural ingredient allergy free food gourmet products.
Our range of currently available products includes our famous satay paste, made from fresh Australian grown herbs and spices processed into paste.
Guaranteed Freshness and Pureness
Gourmet Thai satay paste does not contain peanuts, wheat, dairy or gluten. Therefore it is safe for people with servere peanut and other allergies.
This paste is freshly prepared from a blend of natural fresh herbs and spices. The spices are roasted to achieve the subtle “nutty” flavour. The equipment used to process the marinade is dedicated for this particular product only.
Customers are guaranteed that there are no cross-contamination with any other traces of nuts, wheat, dairy or gluten.
The marinade paste is also free from MSG, artificial colours, soy products, animal products and harmful preservative.
Why Nut Free?Peanuts are frequently used in Oriental cooking, especially in satays.
Unfortunately peanut allergy is more common today and it causes more problems than other food allergies. This means that people who are allergic to peanuts can not eat satays.
Of course, people who are not allergic to peanuts can equally enjoy our satay paste. Product Information
